- Website Maintenance Services: If you are not satisfied with the website maintenance services, you can request a refund within 5 days of the service delivery. Refunds will not be issued for any services rendered or tasks completed prior to the refund request.
- Web Hosting Services: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for hosting services. If you are not satisfied with our hosting services within the first 30 days of your subscription, you may request a full refund. After the 30-day period, no refunds will be provided.
- Domain Registration: Domain registration fees are non-refundable once the domain has been registered. Please verify your domain selection before completing the registration process.
- WhatsApp Business API: Refunds for WhatsApp Business API services will be considered on a case-by-case basis, based on the availability of unused API services. Refund requests must be made within 7 days of activation of the service.
